11 months & happy halloween!

since i didn't get my act together this year and actually purchase a pumpkin or decorate, we decided to do some "early trick or treating" and borrow our neighbor's yard. We had the chance to visit with some great friends today and show off charlie's costume. I told you it would get lots of use! thank you grammy for helping me make such a sweet costume!

i took full advantage of my mom's sewing advice while she was here and we tackled a few little sewing projects including charlie's "turtle" costume -- isn't it obvious? :)
